trip to the Tham Siew Inn Artist Gallery

we went to the tham siew inn artist gallery few weeks ago. an interesting experience, as it was my first time visiting an art gallery -i never thought that i would go there. there is one thing that makes me wonder till now, how a painter put a price to their work? there were few paintings in mr. tham's gallery that cost more than 10k! i don't know what makes it so expensive? may be because of the sentimental value that the painting has to him... no one knows...
but it is a good experience, and i hope i can visit another art gallery in the future...
using visual material as a teaching aids can be one way to help students to develop their interpretation skills, as well as able to make the class more interesting as teacher bring realia to the class.

Ho yong kai's position paper is about 'a great injustice', same as mine but with different perspective. he is blaming ah nya -alone!, for what had happened to her. it is unfair! it is like what steven had done to her is a right thing, where he doesn't has to be responsible. to some extend, it is true that ah nya play the bigger role in what had happened to her. but we can't blame her alone!
it is just unfair!

ops! it is like i have neglected my blog for a quite looonnng time.;p i just don't like to get stuck in front of my laptop, doing nothing, just sit and wait because of the bad connection to get on-line - sometimes it makes me really crazy!!!

ok, i have summited my position paper and done the presentation last week... after all the hardship that i have gone through -the thesis statement, struggling to come out with FIVE supporting details and finding the textual evidents. actually i like this kind of assigment, though it is quite difficult, where i need to make this story looks like what i say, to manipulate the text and made other people able to see what i see in the story:)
